Treendale Pet Medical - Vet Servicing Bunbury, Eaton, Collie & all South West

My Pet family have been visiting Treendale Pet Medical since we moved to Australind 8 years ago and they were on Old Coast Road. They have supported us through emergencies as well as routine appointments. When they were on Old Coast Road my pooch Oaka who was a young pup at the time, used to break out of our yard close by to go and visit them, I would get a call from reception to let me know she was there, she was safe and she was hanging out in the reception until I got home 😅😂 Over the years we have had a few minor injuries and allergies that they have helped us navigate with care and compassion. We had a bad emergency Easter Sunday last year where we nearly lost her. Dr. Torbin came in to meet us and she had an emergency surgery shortly after when she went downhill. It was touch and go but she made it. They really do go above and beyond the expected, and I find what they charge, for the service they provide to be very, very reasonable. They now also look after our Dane puppy, and I know she’s going to be in safe and capable hands who care- she’s having some issues at the moment with spring allergies as did Oaks when she was the same age. I appreciate all the staff, Dr. Torbin and Dr. Rob with the team of supportive nurses, I thank them for the wonderful efforts and support- and I definitely recommend them.

The Team treated my Roxanne with care and patience when she was struck with a sudden neurological issue, I was seen immediately and updated with daily progress. In losing my precious Roxanne I cannot fault the dignity and care she & I were given at such a difficult time. The nurses were sensational. The team even sent a condolence card with her footprints which was priceless. Thank you xxx

The care, compassion and of course incredible surgical skill of Dr Rob and his team are second to none. Dr Rob did an amazing job of cruciate ligament surgery on our girl Gemma. All the staff from reception, nurses, vets and liaison officer were so professional and kind, understanding of the emotions and stress of the owner going through a major operation. Thank you to the caring, professional and highly skilled team at Treendale Pet Medical. We have always received high level care for our pets. They recently performed extensive dental surgery on our little Hamish. They gave Hamish lots of cuddles to keep him calm and kept us reassured and well informed and checked in a couple days later to make sure all is well. They also took the time to explain the fees, to make sure we didn’t get any surprises. Highly recommended

I've have a couple pets go through treendale and they have been amazing. 2 out of 3 pets have had to have some surgery to improve quality of life and the instructions of the after-care have been informative and helpful. They always follow up with any surgery no matter how minor I.e. stitches removals and are friendly and remember us upon arrival. I feel like they will be our vets for the foreseeable future 😊

Thank you to Dr Rob for taking an out of hours emergency call to treat our dog for poisoning. He didn't hesitate to pick up the call and raced to the surgery to meet me. His fast action and knowledge saved our pup and we can't thank him enough. We have been going to Treendale Pet Medical for years seeing Dr Torbin and Dr Rob with all our fur babies and wouldn't trust them with anyone else.
